AskDADA helps you prepare for interviews. AI suggestions are guidance and may be incorrect; they are not hiring outcomes or evidence of your experience.

Your account, Resume/CV, job descriptions and interview transcripts are held in the application database. Sensitive interview content and email addresses are encrypted at rest. HTTPS protects traffic to the service. Your own account can access your interviews; authorised administrators can access them for support and operation. Transcript access, exports, account changes, payments and administrative access are logged.

Interview context includes your last 10 questions, prior candidate answers, relevant transcript and the Resume/CV and job description selected for that session. A new interview starts with separate conversation memory. Each session saves the document text it used. Searchable PDF text is extracted on your device; the reviewed text is stored when you save context. Original PDF files and screen images are not uploaded.

Audio requires your explicit consent before capture. Short segments are processed by our AI processing service; generated text is stored in your interview history. Raw audio is not retained by AskDADA. Pending audio is held briefly in browser memory and discarded when you stop or leave. Audio sent for processing cannot be recalled. Withdraw consent to stop future capture and processing. Use live assistance only where the participants and interview rules permit it.

Questions and the relevant session context are processed by our AI service to generate suggestions. We request no stored answer responses, but the processor’s processing and retention rules still apply. Suggestions and transcripts may be wrong; verify them. AskDADA does not guarantee interview outcomes or independently verify Resume/CV claims.

Every new account receives 15 minutes of trial assistance without a payment card. Active text and audio assistance use the same server-managed timer. Pause or end the interview to retain unused time. A lost connection pauses within 15 seconds. When time expires, further assistance pauses until you choose a paid plan and confirm payment. Paid plans are prepaid; automatic renewal is off. FRESHER gives 10% off eligible plans, subject to server-verified expiry, availability and one redemption per account. Card details are handled by the secure payment service; AskDADA retains payment references for reconciliation.

Interviews stay in your account until deleted. You can export your data or delete your account in Account & data. Deleted data may remain in restricted recovery backups until those backups expire. Payment and audit records may be retained for operational obligations. Contact support for a payment issue, refund request or data question.
