Acceptable Use Policy
Use AskDada for honest preparation and live assistance that the people and rules involved permit.

Permitted purposes
Use AskDada for private practice, mock interviews, communication preparation, and live assistance expressly allowed by the organizer and applicable rules. Be at least 18. Keep your claims about experience and qualifications truthful, and review suggestions before using them.
Consent is a prerequisite
Obtain permission before capturing or transmitting anyone else's audio, résumé, personal information, or confidential material. A participant may be in a country with different recording or privacy rules. Browser permission does not replace participant consent or organizer approval. Stop if consent is withdrawn or the interview rules prohibit assistance.
Prohibited conduct
- Cheating in an exam or assessment, impersonation, identity fraud, undisclosed prohibited AI assistance, or evasion of proctoring or other integrity controls.
- Fabricating employment history, qualifications, references, evidence, or another person's statements.
- Secret recording, surveillance, doxxing, harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful content or conduct.
- Uploading stolen, infringing, or confidential materials without authority, or sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Malware, unauthorized probing, credential theft, bypassing access or usage limits, abusive automation, account resale, payment fraud, or repeated trial abuse.
- Using the service to make automated hiring, credit, medical, legal, or other high-impact decisions about another person without appropriate human review and a lawful basis.
- Claiming that AskDada or a third party endorses, certifies, or guarantees your answers or employment prospects.
Reports and enforcement
Report misuse or an intellectual-property concern to askdada@compilesquad.com with a description and the relevant page/session reference. Share only evidence you are authorized to disclose. We may investigate and apply proportionate restrictions, remove content where appropriate, or suspend access under the Terms. Contact the same address to request review of an action. We do not promise to detect every misuse, and this policy does not remove our own legal duties.
