AskDADA A digital service
AskDADA is delivered online. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charge applies. Create and verify your account by email, then sign in to the web app or a supported desktop preview with the same account.
Trial and paid access
Eligible new accounts receive five free minutes after account creation. For paid plans, complete the payment through the checkout link. AskDADA verifies the captured payment and credits access to the purchasing account. A checkout link or unconfirmed payment is not proof of activated access.
Activation normally follows successful verification. If your purchase is still pending, use “Check payment” in Billing and allow time for the payment provider to respond. Do not pay again for the same pending purchase. Contact support@askdada.in if the payment was completed but access has not appeared.
When a plan starts
Minute packs add usable time to your account; paused unused minutes remain in your balance. Calendar plans begin after verified activation. Renewing an active calendar plan extends the existing expiry. Pausing a calendar plan does not extend its end date. Plans do not renew automatically.
Downloads and purchase issues
Desktop installers are available on the downloads page; they do not include a separate paid account. The current desktop preview is unsigned. Your purchase access belongs to your AskDADA account.
For cancellations or payment problems, consult the refund policy. Any approved refund is handled through the original payment provider; bank conversion rates or fees may affect the amount received in your local currency.
